ADMISSION MADE EASY

At Rosewood, we understand that the admission process to a nursing home can seem to be an overwhelming process. For that reason, we schedule admissions for any day and time. An Admissions Coordinator is assigned to make it as easy as possible for our residents and family members.

Just give us a call. We’ll do the rest…including talking to your physician, other family members, and checking on your Medicare status or other insurance coverage.

• Call our Admissions Coordinator at Rosewood Care Center.

• A Rosewood Admissions Coordinator will be assigned to work with you and your family to provide any informational services needed.

• We’ll make the follow-up arrangements for hospital transfers, and physician orders needed for admission.

• Our staff is knowledgeable about federal and state regulations, financial requirements and insurance reimbursement. We’ll assist you in getting the Medicare and Medicaid benefits available to you.
